The heart of the HoneyWords writing process is the personal interview -- relaxed and comfortable, simply a casual conversation between friends.

After we have received your deposit, we schedule separate interviews with each partner, and then a third interview with both members of the couple together. The interviews run about 30 minutes, though we are flexible with our time, in order to ensure a thorough understanding and connection.

We also are happy to work with only one member of the couple, if that is your desire.

Once the interviews are complete, the writing process begins. Generally, you will have your vows within two weeks. We do offer a two-day rush option, please see our Pricing page for details.

After your vows are finished, you have up to two editing sessions with Barbara, to go over the text and make any changes and adjustments you wish. Additional editing sessions are available.
 

Once you are completely satisfied with the text, the final version of your vows will be presented in an elegant folder, and printed on beautiful paper. We also offer a framed version, or custom presentation for use during your ceremony; please inquire. Additionally, you will receive a copy of your vows on a CD, in several formats.
